This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sous Chef to be involved in the opening of Italian Restaurant brand in Cardiff. The company has an excellent reputation and is expanding fast. There is a great training programme in place where you will be working at their own training school in London before starting. If you are looking for a Sous Chef position where you want to excel and move up to Head Chef level in the near future this is the role for you.

Required Experience
*Passion for Italian food
*Strong experience as Sous Chef in a busy restaurant/ hotel restaurant preferably some branded experience at Sous Chef level
*Desire to work with fresh quality produce
*Good communication skills
*A track record of controlling costs and stocks
*A track record of hygiene, health and safety
*At least a recent basic food hygiene certificate
*Flexibility with hours

Salary and Benefits
The salary ranges from £22,000 - £24,000 dependant on experience
There is a bonus potential of an extra £1,000 per annum
