Hi, A nice big four bed house (houses like this one are often made into 5,6 or even 7 bed houses) soon to be available in roath. 2 Nice sized double rooms will be available from 1st September as Hannah has gone to London to work and Martin is moving on too.
They will leave us 2 guys behind, Dan and Myself (Tristan). Idealy a couple of girls will wanna move in cos having a girl around does make a difference. We can see how living with guys may be a little daunting to some but we are good guys.
Well, you must be fun, friendly, sociable, clean, tidy, honest, respectful blah blah blah! Oh and non smoking
We are in our 30's but younger is good. I for one would like someone to hit the town with.
Anyway, we are easy to get along with and the house is the main selling point so come and have a look.

Ok the science bit: Bills approx £70 - £80 per month, broadband on wireless available and freeview. No telephone. Oh and no students please because of the council tax implications. Sorry.
