Hi, I'm looking for a professional, non-smoking housemate to share a 3 bed house. The rent will be 230p/m and bills (water, gas, electric, internet etc, council tax) come to between 75-90p/m.

The house is terraced and located just off City Road. It's only 10 minutes from town, and shops and restaurants etc. are less than 5 minutes away.

The available room is on the ground floor and fully furnished. In the rest of the house there are 2 toilets, roomy lounge, a spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and utility area. We have wireless internet and Virgin TV. There is also a patio at the back, perfect for summer socialising! Plus you can apply for a parking permit for a small fee.

The landlord is great, and always carries out maintainance immediately.

I'm 23 and currently work in radio, I prefer the house to be kept clean and tidy, but I'm by no means anal about it. I enjoy going out every now and again, gigging, going to the cinema etc - pretty typical really.
