Ideally the successful candidate will have recent experience at recognised establishments (preferably at least 1 - 2 Rosette level) as CHEF DE PARTIE or DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE and possess good organisation/communication skills and have the desire and determination to become a key member of staff and help take the standards to an even higher level.
