ZERODEGREES IN CARDIFF is a funky bar/restaurant and micro-brewery. We are a unique concept that focuses on fresh, high quality produce in a theatrical dining style environment.

We are high volume so you must thrive under pressure, with a drive and passion for your work that makes you always strive for perfection. This is an open kitchen position so a real flair for entertaining and customer service is a must!

YOU MUST BE: passionate and professional with an impeccable work ethic, and have at least 2 years experience of working with pizzas and opening dough by hand- without the use of a rolling pin! Knowledge of using a stone bake oven would be a definate plus.
