Location - Abu Dhabi
Salary - Package up to £80,000 Tax free (depending on experience)
Job Description-
My client is a large, rapidly expanding multi-national company based in Abu Dhabi. My client is offering a role as an Infrastructure Architect within this company in order to accommodate massive growth. My client is willing to offer a generous package (up to £80,000) which due to the location of the job is TAX FREE.
The purpose of the role will be to:
-Lead and implement infrastructure related projects such as operating system and hardware upgrades as well as implementing the deployment of network operations such as backup and antivirus solutions.
-Plan, organise, lead and manage the staff and overall operations of the IT infrastructure either personally or through subordinate staff in the areas of; network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, telecoms system and other related services.
-Overseeing the installing, configuring and maintaining the company's networks, servers, workstations and software.
Essential Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Server and Networking technology.
-An understanding of TCP/IP networking routing and switching in a global redundant network.
-Experience with IT Infrastructure hardware including servers, switches, routers, optimisers and wireless.
-Experience of implementing, managing and maintaining a hot site for business continuity.
-Proven vendor and contract management skills.
-Able to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
