You will be responsible for providing high standards of customer service.  Mainly dealing with Inbound calls, customer queries.  There will be some occasional outbound calls that you need to make, if you have to call a customer back to resolve their queries.

There will be targets for cross selling products, that you feel will benefit the customer.
