we have a lovely 2 bed house in Caerau, it is situated in a private courtyard with parking next to the house and it is 1 of 8 houses and 2 flats. We have an established back garden also private with 6ft fencing on all sides and a brick built shed. At the front is a side border again with established shrubs which runs at the side of the path and a lovely budh uner the lounge window which has a mass of yellow flowers just about to blossom now.
The house is 12yrs old and it comprises 2 large bedrooms with the front bedroom having fitted wardrobes and 2 windows which look out onto the courtyard, a bathroom and a newly fitted carpet on the stairs and landing.
Downstairs is a laminated hallway and then the lounge with a south facing window, we have a large kitchen/diner and it is 17ft long with 2 windows 1 at the kitchen sink end and 1 where we have the dining table and it looks out onto the garden.
It has d/g and gch which is very economical as the house is well insulated.
All amenities are close by and it is approx 20mins to Cardiff Bay, 10 mins to motorways, 25 mins to Cardiff, we need somewhere nearer family and where it is cooler as the heat is unbearable for me here in summer.
