Our client is a well established services company. That provide either in isolation or in combination to the full range of potential construction industry customers. They require a Freelance Civil Quantity Surveyor to work on a specialised project.

Duties:
. Accountable for all pre and post contract aspects of surveying
and commercial site functions
. Knowledge & understanding of our obligations under the
contract.
. Understanding of tender build up.
. Agree Commercial Strategy with commercial Manager.
. Forcast value & maximise value recovery.
. Identify 7 implement cash strategy.
. Administer contract records.
. Interact with buyer/project manager to maximise commercial
recovery.
. Measurement and valuation.
. Manage subcontract order documentation & accounts.
. Liase & direct site clerk.
. Produce CVR monthly.

Must have over 2 years experience, with a heavy civil background.
£250 - £400 daily rate ltd / payee
