We offer a Management Service at the very competitive rate of £99 initial set up fee and 10% of the monthly rental thereafter. This service will involve finding suitable tenants for your property, carrying out all reference checks and completion of tenancy contracts as well as carrying out regular inspections (quarterly) of your property whilst it has tenants in place. A2Z will collect all monthly rental payments on your behalf and ensure that you will receive these payments in which ever form you choose

A2Z also offer a Let Only service which we are offering for a one off fee of £149.00. This service will find you suitable tenants for your property and we will complete all reference checks and the signing of the tenancy contracts.
