We have an immediate vacancy for an RGN within this South Wales based nursing home.

Working alongside the registered manager and other care professionals your role will involve maintaining care standards within this busy home and ensuring residents needs are met at all levels. In addition you will be responsible for administering medication and updating care plans and risk assessments.

Applicants must have previous knowledge of working within residential or nursing care and have knowledge of dementia care as well. In addition applicants should also be familiar with the Care Standards Act and national minimum standards and be focused on providing person centred care.

Offering a minimum of 30 hrs per week. Flexible shifts. Commutable from Newport, Chepstow or Cwmbran areas.
