The house is occupied by two friendly female postgraduate students (aged 27) and is large for three people, with lots of space.

• perfect location: close to uni, town and shops/bars/restaurants (Arran St)
• lounge has a plasma TV with Sky box and DVD player
• we have wireless broadband and a landline
• room offered is medium sized with a double bed, wooden floors and a gorgeous fireplace
• the house is 'homely' with original period features and large attractive garden

The bills come to about £50 a month (phone line, internet, Sky TV, TV licence, water, gas and electric). Smoking outside. Please email Cheryl for a viewing.
