With an emphasis on Quality, Capital Training (SW) is an expanding learning provider based in Cardiff and supporting learners throughout the UK.
Qualifications we offer range from NVQ Level 1 to Level 4 Management and we are an accredited national training provider for CITB, City & Guilds and Edexcel.
Firmly established we are expanding our portfolio of qualifications to support the increasing demand from our customers and learners.
Due to our continued success an opportunity has arisen for a Painting & Decorating Assessor to join our team.
Key responsibilities of this position will include the induction of learners, completion of individual learning plans with learners, learner reviews, assessing and training learners and providing leadership and motivation whilst acting as a role model.
The successful candidate will have the following key skills & qualifications:
• Experience in Painting & Decorating
• D32, D33 or A1 essential
• Maintain up-to-date Continuous Professional Development
• Relevant qualifications relating to Painting & Decorating
• Good communication skills
• Awareness of Health & Safety in the Workplace
• Must have valid driving licence & access to own car
This is a great opportunity to join a progressive, focused and skilled team.
Normal working hours will be as follows, however this is a peripatetic role & you will be required to travel extensively to visit learners throughout the UK therefore flexibility is an essential requirement of this position:
Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
