I have a 2 bedroom house in adamsdown it has a small front garden, a long but narrow hall leading to stairs, on the left hand side of the hall theres a reasonable size living room with a gas fire, the kitchen is big and spacious also has understairs storage. The garden is big aswel will be leaving our shed, upstairs there is two big bedrooms and a reasonable size bathroom.
Laminated flooring in living room, hall, landing and both bedrooms, carpet on stairs and lino in bathroom and kitchen. At the moment we're decorating the hall but if anyone wants the house before we start papering i think we will leave it because it will get ruiened if your moving your things in. Bathroom we've put new tiles on the wall and will be finished soon. Theres off road parking, lovely neighbours and close to all shops and transport links 10mins away from city centre, albany road, clifton street and schools and doc surgarys even libary and pharmacys. Reason for moving is because i dont want a massive kitchen like mine (silly really) :) will consider any area, no ely or barry must stay in cardiff. Looking for 2/3 bedroom, with garden would like a drive but doesnt matter.
