Weekend Administrator
A well established company based on the outskirts of Cardiff easily accessible via public transport are currently looking for a Weekend Administrator to join their team.
As a Weekend Administrator your role will involve:-
Providing Administration support to the customer service and sales teams, which will include faxing, filing, photocopying and scanning of documents
Data entry onto in-house systems
Setting up files
Stationery monitoring
Any other duties as requested by your Line Manager
Applications will be considered from individuals who possess grade C and above in Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent), have previous experience of working within an office environment, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Must be computer literate in Word and Excel.
In return the company offer a salary of £6.00 per annum, along with excellent benefits and working environment
The hours of work are Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm
