Housing Advice / Homelessness Officer - Immediately required for temporary contract in Aberystwyth - Full time (flexible)

Job Details
• Interviewing and assessing clients
• Conducting thorough investigations into all aspects of applications
• The successful candidate will need to be fully conversant with the Housing Act 1996 Part VII and Homelessness Act 2002
• The role will also involve work around preventions
• Referring applicants to a wide variety of preventative schemes including mediation meetings, support schemes and giving generic housing advice
• Heavy liaison and referrals with other external bodies

Previous experience providing housing advice to Homeless clients
