Hi there - I am a 28 year old female looking to rent a house or flat in cardiff with 2 bedrooms, preferably furnished. ground floor preferable as i hate heights. Needs to be dss accepted as I have recently been made redundant and dont start my new job in bristol until january and cardiff will be easier for my commute. I also have my cousin wanting a room and she is 25 and employed. Paying bills will not be an issue for me because i had a good redundancy package which will be more than enough until my new job starts. We are both very clean individuals and references from previous landlords can be provided and also a guarantor if needed. looking for a long term contract.
Preferably looking to move at the end of the month.
