hi we have a 4 bed disabled housing ass property in stmellons . it has 3 bedrooms up stairs + bathroom/toilet. down stairs there is small toilet 2 the front of the house nice size livingroom -+ kitchen can fit table+chairs in kitchen also 4th bedroom 2 the back of the house with walk in showeroom+ toilet we have a small garden weve been here 6 yrs lovely neighbours with in walkin distance 2 a few good schools collage tescos dr dentist ect good bus service 2 newport+town centre. money insentive if bigger or in the right area on signin .want 2 move 2 same size or bigger if 3 bed must have 2 room down stairs consider most area in cardiff barry + newport except ely adamdown tremorfa splot . if any1 is intersed in 3 way swap 2 a 3 bed in llanrumney but still need a large 3 bed with 2 livingrooms or a 4 if u r wanting stmellons or llanrumney thank 4 lookin +good luck
