2 double rooms (let seperatly) , professionals only please, on the Longacres areas of Brackla on bridgend. Ample parking, only 20 mins commute from caridiff. This is a short term let, one months rolling contract. Have wifi, HD tv, dvd, washing machine, tummble dry, microwave, ensuite facilities, some storage in garage. No pets, smokers are fine, but keep the smoke out of the house please.
£300 per room, need rent up front plus 1 month as a bond.
