What we are looking for in our restaurant staff:

This is a unique position in a unique property. The right person for this position will be an experienced, confident, self motivated, enthusiastic professional who is prepared to work hard and in return be rewarded with great surroundings and good prospects. They must have a passion for food and wine and want to work in a restaurant with an ambition to achieve high levels of recognition and awards.

The ideal candidate will:

Be well turned out, friendly and committed to ensuring guests and non-residents are well looked after and enjoy every visit

Provide first class service second to none with a warm welcome ensuring at all times a clean environment

Have knowledge of working in both the bar and restaurant, providing a fine dining service with an excellent knowledge of food and drinks (e.g. serve, cocktails etc)

Have at least one year’s experience in a fine dining (two rosettes plus) or Michelin star restaurant
