Qualified RGN required to take up Deputy Manager post at this 40 bedded dual registered residential and nursing home in Pentre, near Cardiff.

The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse with a back ground in older persons care ready to take the step up to Deputy Manager. Full training will be provided for the extra duties that come with a Deputy Managers post.

This role will involve plenty of hands on care to the residents along with supernumary time and the support needed to take the next step in your career. You will also be given the opportunity to commence study towards your NVQ4 which will be funded by the client.

Candidates must have current registration with NMC on parts 1 or 12 of the register.
