We are looking for a sous chef for a new non branded French restaurant in Cardiff.
This is an exciting position for a passionate chef who wants to further their career!
All the dishes will be made in-house with no use of microwaves and therefore increase your knowledge and enhance your CV.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of French cuisine and would suit an existing sous chef or a CDP who feels they are ready to step up a level.
