Large double bedroom available from 1st June - 30th June 08 (1 month only) in a friendly professional shared house. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe and double chest of draws. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The house itself is very large and everyone who lives here is very friendly. We all enjoy socialising, eating and drinking together and get along great. There is also a large south facing garden which is great in the summer and parking is always available outside the house. We are located close to both the local shops and Roath park. The rent and bills are cheap considering the property and includes wireless broadband and virgin media tv. If you have any questions feel free to ask, I am only leaving as my new job requires me to move.
