They seek a Registered Manager to be responsible for providing a high quality residential service to the Elderly with dementia in their well established Residential Nursing home based in Cardiff. Working 40hrs a week, looking after 50+ beds.

The Manager will be expected to lead a Staff team, work in partnership with the people living at the home and significant others, to fulfil and further the aims and objectives of the service.

The Registered Care Manager will be expected to accept responsibility for all aspects of the management and development of the home.

The Qualifications required for this position are:

R.G.N. Level 1 / R.N.M.H. / R.N.L.D
NVQ Level 4 / R.M.A.

Annual salary £40,000 - £50,000
