We are looking to sell our three bedroomed detached cottage in Coity. It overlooks the castle and it has a medium sized gargen. It has a living room with seperate dining room. A second sitting room/playroom leads off the main room and there is a gallery kitchen with plenty of room for washing machine and dishwasher.
We have been happy here but changes in both our jobs means we need to be in Penarth, closer to family.
Is there anyone out there who has a property in Penarth who would consider a chain breaking swap? We would need at least three bedrooms but the rest is not important. In this case location is the key!
