Assistant Manager required for one of the UK s premier branded restaurant groups market leaders within their sector.

Their focus is on maintaining high standards and a consistent delivery of high quality of both food and service.

Job Description
As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in the day to day running of the restaurant, and may also be expected to take full accountability when deputising for the General Manager in their absence, so business acumen is essential. They are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious person to drive the team forward, leading from the front with a very hands on approach. You will have an acute eye for detail, a passion for good food and wine, and have a natural flair for fantastic service standards. You will remain calm under pressure and consistently deliver results and exceed expectations.

Required Experience
Must be from a high quality, food orientated, branded restaurant
Must have at least 2 years of management experience in afore mentioned establishment
Must be well presented
Must be customer/service orientated with an eye for detail
Business insight and ambition essential

Salary
The starting salary for this role 19,000 to 23,000 depending on experience, plus an attractive bonus structure which is KPI orientated.
