nicely throught out new kitchen and bathroom,i am on the 8th floor and have my own balcony with enough room for patio table an chairs,wonderful views of all over cardiff,i have 2 lifts an cctv and a channel on your tv 2 see who is coming an going private intercom also have laundry room with use of washing machines and dryers,caretakers which clean an mow the lawns it is a very quiet area close 2 all ammenites etc i would like a 1 bedroom as no longer require a 2 bedroom most area considered thanks
