Senior Customer Advisor Team Leader

We are currently recruting on behalf of a small well established call centre on the outskirts of Cardiff, who are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join their team.

As a Senior Customer Advisor / Team Leader your role will involve the following duties:-
Motivating and managing a team of 8 - 10 Advisors
Monitoring team performance and KPI's
Setting and achieving team targets
Carrying out one to one meetings
Establishing teams training and development needs
Dealing with incoming calls from customers
Handling customer queries and issues and resolving any problems
Reporting directly to Customer Service Manager

For the post of Senior Customer Advisor / Team Leader you will need to have the following skills and experience:-
Previous senior level advisor / supervisor / team leader experience, ideally gained within a call centre environment would be an advantage
Have excellent communciation skills
The ability to motivate and manage a team
Ability to work within a pressurised environment
Must be computer literate

This is a full time position and you will need to be flexible on hours worked as the call centre is open Monday to Sunday 9am to 10.30pm.
