Hi We are 3 female professionals looking for 1 other housemate to share a gorgeous brand new detached house in Pentwyn Wyncliffe Gardens. We are due to move on 1st December and need 1 more to join us. The house is brand new with gorgeous kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet, huge lounge, conservatory, fenced garden. Please note the room is a small double and unfurnished but a bargain for the price!
