Regional Administration Manager
A fantastic opportunity for a Regional Administration Manager has arisen. Based in Pontypool you will be responsible for the co-ordination of all administrative work relating to the region.Working within the public sector this role will prove to be challenging as well as rewarding.
Duties:
- Has overall responsibility for the financial accounting system.
- Generating purchase, sales, and nominal ledger entries on a recognised accountancy software package.
- Analysing monthly management accounts for the region.
- Preparing financial reports for regional fundrasing managers.
- Assist with annual budgets.
- Management of administration staff.
- Responsible for checking and coding expenses claims.
- Assisting in recruitment/selection/interviewing for administration staff as and when required.

- Computer Literate:- Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to organise work to meet deadlines.
- Accounting procedures.
- Working knowledge of accounting software.
- Office systems.
- Five GCSE's (grade C or above) or equivalent, including English and Mathematics OR demonstrable literacy and numeracy.
- Line Management.
- Substantial experience in financial administration environment.
- Team Working.
- Presentation skills.
