Two double rooms are available from June 1st in a spacious, friendly terraced house in Ordell Street, Splott - close to the city centre (20-25 mins walk) and to local shops and bus routes.

The landlord, a Welsh-Canadian in his early 40s, is living in the house and there is currently also a Polish girl in her early 20s.

Bills are included in the price as is broadband internet and Sky tv.

Tenants have come from Wales, Scotland, England, Poland, Czech, Belgium and France in recent years, so wherever you are from, you are welcome!

I aim for an open & friendly atmosphere in the house where people chat with each other but also respect each other's need for privacy.

The available rooms are: a cool attic room that is great in the summer, and the front double room on the first floor.
