As a Food & Beverage Manager you will be reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and will be solely responsible for the efficient running of the F&B Department. You will be required to recruit, train and manage all department staff, work to budgets and targets and plan and forecast future sales and revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous F&B Management experience.
