Main responsibilities will include: 1) Payroll administration - data entry of hours from timesheets and ensuring all our temporary candidates are paid correctly and within the agreed timescales 2) Preparation of new starter packs for all temporary contractors 3) Reception duties 4) Formatting candidate CV's 5) Typing letters and general correspondence 6) Requesting references 7) Dealing with the daily post 8) Advertising and posting jobs onto the internet/job centre and various sources. Working hours: Monday - Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm. Salary: £13,000 - £15,000.
