Assistant Manager - Cardiff Restaurant - up to £20000 +++

Straight shifts - 5 days out of 7 - finish at 8pm.
Shifts are 8 - 3pm - 10 - 6 or 12 -8pm.
no split shifts

This is an amazing opportunity to join a high street cafe bar in the heart of Cardiff. A favourite with city shoppers, this self-service quality restaurant serves an excellent range of fresh meals for breakfast, lunch and early dinner.

Job Description
As Assistant Manager you will assist the General Manager to ensure the operational and financial success of this restaurant. You will be responsible for your team ensuring all are trained and developed in line with the company standards. You work 5 days out of 7, no split shifts!

Required Experience:
This is a great position in a fantastic company and would suit an outgoing personality who can lead from the front with passion. You will have innovative ideas and be able to motivate your team. You will need to currently be an Assistant Manager who can handle the pressure of a high profile restaurant and manage effectively in a high volume quality environment.
