Two bedrooms for rent in a three-bed delux property in Roath starting August 1st and September 1st 2009.

Not your usual Roath/Cathays pad, the property boasts a marble bathroom, open plan living and dining area with fitted bartop, lavish pine kitchen with dishwasher and vented gas cookertop, two electric ovens, and a moderately sized back garden with a vented barbeque, outdoor lights, speakers and hammock hooks!

You'd be sharing with myself, I'm a 24 year old male Chemistry postgrad who's lived in Cardiff for 5 years. I'm putting up this ad for the landlord, a nice guy named Steve who's asked me to find tenants when the two girls who live here move on.

If you like the sound of that and fit the following critera, please get in touch:

* Single or pair applications encouraged, no couples please, sorry!
* Absolutely no smokers. Of anything ;-)
* Young professionals (20-30) or students welcome, ideally you'd be in a steady job or course and able to commit to a 6 month contract. References would be an advantage, as would generous parents if you're an undergrad. No DSS.
* Bond is £350 with the 1st month's rent payable before you move your stuff in. We'd like to get everything signed and paid by the end of July.
* If you could buy/provide your own bedroom furniture - particually a bed - you'd be at an advantage. We have good furniture but the landlord would like to use it in another property.
* You'd have to be clean and tidy but not Monica!
