Job: Customer Sales Associate - Bank / Building Society
Salary: £15,427
Location: Cardiff


My client provides a range of saving, investment and home loan products to customers. Recruiting for an experienced customer facing seller to work in a busy high street branch to promote these products and provide excellent customer service.

Ideally candidates will have experience within a branch of a bank or a building society and be competent sellers within the retail branch sector. Alternatively you may have experience of working within the Financial Service sector and be looking to work at branch level in a customer facing sales and service role.

You will be comfortable working to sales targets but at the same time spend time with the customer and deliver a quality level of service. You will be selling and promoting insurance and savings products as well as meeting targets to open customer accounts. You will also be required to generate leads and make referrals to the regulated advisors in the business.

You will be a team player and contribute to staff meetings. You will ensure that you remain compliant and work within FSA guidelines at all times and complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
