Data recovery can also be done if you are unable to access your computer system prior to a fresh install this would be a extra charge off 10.00 pound. Pc`s or laptops can be brought in to pc works or we will can send a technician to sort the problem on the day within the hour . Please note there is a call out charge off 5.00 pound.
If Your Problem can not be fix`t within the hour or on the same day and your Pc/laptop has to be brought back to us for repair no call out charge will be added to te final bill

Apple macs are also coverd but may require a 24 windows for repair.
