Must be 18+ as will be serving alcohol. Must have good communication skills and basic numeracy skills. Must have previous experience in customer service and catering. Food and Hygiene certificate not essential as training will be provided for. Duties will include handling internal and external telephone calls, maintaining security, preparing and delivering room service, assisting with luggage and guest belongings, providing information on local services and giving directions, ordering and distribution of newspapers to guests, light cleaning of reception lobby and assisting with front desk and night audit procedures. 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 11pm-7am.
