A busy 5* Hotel in south wales requires an experienced Chef de partie to join their team.

You will have good man management skills along with a proven track record within a similar establishment. You will need to be eager to learn and committed.

2 years experience in a similar style operation would be an advantage but not essential.
Live In accommodation comes as part of this package.
