My housemate has moved to Ireland so i am looking for someone to move into the second room in the house. it is a sunny double room in a spacious house with good size backgarden, which is great for BBQs. The room is at the back overlooking the garden.

I am 28 and into outdoor activities such as climbing/mountaineering, kayaking, cycling etc, the house would be ideal for someone into similar activities as there is plenty of space for gear storage, eg shed in garden and converted attic. However I am keen to share with a friendly easy going person no matter what their interests are. ;-)

There is on street parking in this quiet street in Splott. It is only 2 mins walk from the bus stop and local shops, 5 mins from Star leisure centre and Splott pool.
