breitling has added a new multifunction chronograph to its Professional line of pilot watches. The Breitling Professional Airwolf is designed specifically for the demands of aviation professionals. While Breitling has been a leader in mechanical chronographs for many years, they have recently established a solid reputation in well-built, highly accurate electronic timepieces. The Breitling Professional Airwolf features several functions that are most useful to aviators:
•Alarm
•1/100th of a second chronograph with split and add times
•Countdown timer
•Dual timezone with independent alarm
•UTC
•Perpetual calendar
•Double glare-proofed sapphire crystal

The Breitling Airwolf is efficient in design as well as function as demonstrated with the new curved chronograph push-buttons. The oversized hands, large numerals and NVG-compatible display backlighting make it legible in any light situation, day or night. The SuperQuartz movement chronometer is extremely accurate and has received certification from the COSC.
The new Breitling Professional Airwolf chronograph has a distinctive Professional face - resembling the Breitling Professional B-1 - with two digital displays, applied numerals and hour-markers and bezel features a windrose. A steel double caseback system ensures water resistance to 50 meters. Consistent with Breitling’s aeronautical emphasis, a jet engine is subtly echoed in the dial decoration. The Breitling rack-and-pinion mounted bidirectional slide-rule offers smooth, optimal precision. The entire design of the Airwolf reflects the perfect melding of form and function, technique and style. The result is a new top-flight chronograph that is bound to appeal to fans of prowess and performance. There are two models to choose from:
