I'm a private landlord so no agency fees required!

The house is situated off city road so an ideal location. The rent is £225 for the double room and £200 for the smaller room (This fits a 3/4 bed).

All Bills approx £40 including SKY and Internet and council tax is £25 each per month.

I'm open to groups of 2 or on an individual basis. The house is avilable from 1st of july. Potential flatmates must be working and paying council tax and looking to rent for 12 months.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and oven.

The lounge has a sofa, sofa bed, foldable table and chairs, wide screen TV and dvd player. Wooden Floor.

The bathroom is on the ground floor with a bath and electric shower and a separate wc.

There’s 4 bedroom in total. All rooms have wardrobe, desk, chair, drawers and shelves.

The back garden is of a decent size and has a garden shed which is empty and free for your use for storage e.g. bicycles.

This is my own house but due work I had to relocate. I'm looking for responsible tenants who will look after my house.
