Jamie's Italian is opening soon in Cardiff, hot on the heels of our successes in Oxford, Bath, Kingston, Brighton and London. The food is authentic, affordable Italian; the experience - accessible, fantastic quality, great fun.

This is restuarant number 7 and we have a stunning location in the centre of Cardiff so we're looking for a team of superstars to do it justice! You'll have previous experience gained either behind the bar or on the floor in a busy, high volume restaurant environment. These are full time positions so you'll need to be available for a variety of day, evenings and weekend shifts. We'd love you to enjoy your role as a waiter or bartender - but if you're looking for a career within a thriving and expanding company, we're keen to develop talent at all levels.
