My Client is a nationwide manufacture with a strong brand name. They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and develop a 20 Strong team of operatives in a non-unionised environment
They are looking for candidates with experience of delivering continuous improvement within warehousing. They must also be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of managing a manual pick, FMCG / Retail environment.
Successful applicants will also posses;

* A flexible approach to working and an understanding of the retail and FMCG industry.
The warehouse manager will be required to manage all matters concerning the ambient warehouse with circa 6000 pallet spaces and a manual picking process, monitor and champion Health & Safety, Set, monitor and review warehouse KPIs (e.g. pick accuracy and productivity, service levels and inventory control), Liaise closely with outsourced transport companies and planning departments to ensure product is available to customer at all times and ensure all customer service level agreements are met and report any issues directly to the Operations Director.
Starting Salary between £33,000 and £45,000 depending on experience
