I get £800 a month with Incapacity DLA and income support. I am fed up of looking at houseshares getting on with the tenant (I am a civilised graduate but not being allowed Housing Benefit.)

I am doing volunteer work in cardiff and will start an OU course. I like to work in community so I wont be around your house for long. I prefer Canton City road Roath cathays but will consider any respectable houseshares no drug or alcoholics. In time my volunteering I am sure will lead to a paid job in cardiff - thats my plan so I would like a long term tenancy.
