Double room to rent in 3 bedroom house in Canton, sharing house with a female in 30's who works 9-5 !

House is close to Canton/Pontcanna shops and about 20 mins walk into city centre. Facilities include broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, digital tv, small garden and on road parking.

The room is furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedding if required, and is a lovely bright room.

The monthly rent includes any bills, and a month's deposit is required. The room is available for short term let (approx 3 months), but the rental term can be negotiable if interested in a longer stay.
