A well known and highly regarded .com organization are currently recruiting an IT Director. With their head office based in Cardiff, this forward thinking company, with a strong reputation for looking after their employees, are looking for an industry specific IT Director to define and drive their growing IT department.
It is essential that your career history is heavily based within the on-line sector (.com / on-line retail / e-commerce etc). You will be managing and motivating a 70 strong (and growing) team, ensuring that all IT solutions are Secure, robust, resilient, scalable and customer focused.
Essential Attributes/Experience:
24/7 365 high demand .com business
Man-management of a multi disciplined IT team
Responsible for Networks, Applications, eCommerce, Telephony, Systems architecture, etc.
Experience with Agile / Scrum / Prince2 methodologies
Experience with Microsoft Technology Stack
Experience of defining an IT Roadmap for an online business.
