There is a spacious living room, compact kitchen, front and rear gardens. Mynachdy is a quiet area close to all ammenities. The Heath hospital is 5 mins walk, there are a number of Doctors/dentists near by. You also have a number of primary schools and secondary schools near by. Mynachdy is 5 mins from the M4 there are plenty of buses and there is a train station in Llandaff (5 mins away), so has excellent transport links should you need to commute.

I am lookin to move to similar sized property, ideally with a garage (we rent a garage from the council at the min, you may be able to take that on if you wish?) The sort areas I would be looking at would be;
