Our client is a well established and is the largest provider of care homes and long term care beds based in Mountain Ash They require a Permanent Deputy Manager to work 33hrs a week. The successful candidate must have clinical experience, able to manage a team, staff supervision able to problem solve and able to be hands on and stand alone. Sometimes will be on emergencies calls when the Home Manager is absent. Highly motivated able to cope with tight time scales and targets. A great understanding of care planning and standards. The Deputy Manager must have a Clean Full U.K. driving Licence as there will occasionally be driving to other homes, hospitals and individual homes. The successful candidate must have a N.V.Q Level 4 or wiling to work towards. Internal and external training is given. Must be a Registered General Nurse with clinical base.

All checks will be done on application as applicant must have current Enhanced C.R.B and current registration with N.M.C.

Annual salary £25,000 - £35,000 payee
