We have two rooms available in a great student houseshare. The house is on Llantrisant Street in Cathays so is in a good location for Cardiff Uni and Cathays pubs, shops etc...

The rooms are fully furnished, each includea s 3/4 size bed (just a bit smaller than double), a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house has a big kitchen/diner with gas oven and hob, two fridges-so pleanty of room for food!, a freezer and washing machine. There is a good size separate lounge with an open fire, TV with freeview, bay window and Hilda the hamster (at no extra cost!)
We have two bathrooms-one with shower and one with a bath. Gas central heating-remember gas, electricity and water are all included in the £240/month so the house is always nice and we'll never recieve any scary bills!

You will be sharing with 2 final year students in Cardiff Uni and a nursing student. We are very easy-going, like to go out and have fun as well as have the occasional night in with some booze, food and a dvd. We do some work occasionally too!

The landlord is lovely, very helpful and really easy-going, he even buys us prezzies at Christmas :)
